Giving birth and becoming a parent is one of the most significant events in people’s lives. I endeavor to equip couples with a realistic idea of what labor, birth and the early weeks as parents can be like.

The philosophy of Birth by Nature stems from the belief that women are inherently strong and capable of giving birth, but they need to feel safe and supported. To achieve this feeling and especially when there are unexpected surprises, the presence of a close friend, relative or trained birth companion (doula) can be invaluable.
